Call and Response Lab is a learning and community-building social enterprise for social workers and community advocates, and the systems they navigate. We design continuing education workshops, community events, and fellowship spaces for people who care for communities, and we offer consultation to organizations, from grassroots groups to large institutions, that want to build healthier, more sustainable, and more equitable workplaces. Our mission is to improve health outcomes and health equity by caring for the people who do this work and by partnering with them as they change the conditions that shape health.
