Our workshops give social workers meaningful opportunities to grow while reflecting on their practice. Topics include sustaining oneself in the work, anti-oppressive and equity-focused social work practice, ethics and professional conduct, public health priorities, clinical and professional skills, alongside political social work and strategic integration of community organizing and advocacy. Sessions are interactive, and participants leave with tools they can use right away.
These workshops are approved for social work continuing education credit by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. We welcome other professionals to join us in the experience; if you are seeing continuing education credit, we encourage you to confirm acceptance of these credits with your board.
We offer clinical supervision for social workers working towards licensure. Supervisees receive structured reflective guidance to build clinical skills, meet required supervised hours, and grow in ethical, equity-centered practice, while having a supportive space to process the demands of the work and sustain themselves in the profession.
We host pop-up and recurring gatherings that bring people together across generations, professions, and roles. Some are designed for connection and exchange, and others are simply for rest and joy. Through shared meals, music, play, and conversation, participants build relationships, release the weight of the work, and remember they belong to a collective.
Learning deepens when anchored in connection, exploration, and collaboration, giving people the room to process and celebrate among peers.
In 2027, we will be bringing together cohorts of social workers for focused learning, mentorship, and leadership development. Through shared study, peer connection, and project-based learning, fellows strengthen their clinical and professional skills, putting new knowledge into intentional real-world practice, while also tending to their own health and well-being as whole people.
Organizations that support their staff and practice sustainably have more capacity to engage their communities and advocate for change. We partner with budding and established grassroots organizations and institutions to strengthen the conditions in which people work and care. We tailor every engagement to size, resources, and goals. Grassroots groups often need approaches that honor limited capacity and community accountability, while institutions may need support translating values into policy and practice. Our services include:
Organizational health: understanding culture, communication, and structures that help or hinder teams.
Employee wellness, morale, and retention: developing sustainable approaches that go beyond surface-level fixes.
Sustainability of practices: building programs and routines that endure without exhausting the people running them.
Political and civic engagement: helping organizations and professionals understand policy, build advocacy strategies, engage elected officials and coalitions, encourage staff and community participation, and align their public voice with their mission.
